I made dinner tonight and I am totally bragging. It was awesome! It was Green Chili Chicken Enchilada's. I usually don't cook, Terry is usually the one that cooks and is wonderful but tonight I wanted to do make it. I am so excited because even Terry was nervous that I would screw it up somehow but I didn't and it was really good. Alright I am done. Thanks for reading my little happy moment!!!

Dinner

That's so great! We had the same thing! Well, except I put ours in a casserole with chips since I can't have wheat. Same, same though. I love that meal. I'm glad yours turned out so great.
