Finally Home

Terry was on call this week which means he has to stay on post, so we stayed at my parent's house and continued our vacation with my dad. We had so much fun. We played at the park.

Payge is my little daredevil. She will try anything. Even if she is in a dress and flip-flops.

Nate on the other hand, if it does not involve sports of any kind then he will do his own thing. No need for a playground. He just runs around, up and down hills and talking to anybody. Needless to say that both of my kids are very independent. One day we went to the zoo and played there. Saw the elephant show and the bird show. (You need to see the bird show on the weekends) Then walked around and saw all of the new things they have done and are still doing. For the finale we rode the train ride. Nate was in heaven. Now we are home for a few days then back into celebrate the 4th and Payge's birthday. So we are going to be having a busy but fun weekend.

Looks like a fun time. Cute kids. It's nice that they are independent. I'd go for independency once in awhile.

Sounds like fun. Have a great 4th.

I know what you mean about trying anything even if in a dress. My second loves to wear dresses but also to explore. Its funny to see her conquering a mud puddle in a dress or something crazy like that. Yesterday she did her dainty walk in a pretty green dress with her purse to the big yellow truck so she could pretend to be a truck driver. Talk about an oxymoron.

Its fun to see pictures of your kids!
