This afternoon Payge and Nate decided they didn't want to share some toys while they played. So Terry decided to change up the scenery to the kitchen and hopefully get them doing something together. On the menu for tonight was spaghetti (or as Payge calls it-sgapehtti). Instead of the usual noddles and sauce Terry pulled out some ground beef and sausage and whipped together a quick batch of meatballs. Normally the kids are very slow to get their hands dirty, but for some reason they were all over it. Payge understand the general shape and size pretty quickly. As for Nate, the only way for him to get it was tell him to make a golf ball. It was fun to watch them work together. The best is when they giggle. So to some success, they worked together and made dinner! The meatballs turned out pretty good (gotta work on a good binding agent). They had tons of fun making them, even getting all dirty!!
