Halloween Weekend

So it was a long fun weekend for us. On Friday, our ward did their halloween/trunk or treat party. It was fun. Lots of people there, maybe 50/50 ratio of members to non. The young men put on a spook alley with a fun different twist (dimented psycho hospital with zombies). There was lots of games to do for the kids. And for prizes they were giving out candy and vampire teeth. Nate had to play every game till he got teeth. The only sad thing about the night was no chili, but understandable when you have 200+ kids running around. So finger food was the menu. As for the trunk or treating, lots of candy to hand out (it was non-stop kids for more than 45 minutes). Payge and Nate decided that is was more fun to pass out candy than get it, so they spent most of the night sitting with mom and handing it out. Then on Sunday the kids went out with some friends and hit the neighborhood. Again, they hurried home to help mom. Their so funny!! But we're not complaining because that's less candy in the house. Overall, a fun and eventful halloween weekend!!
