This weekend for Spring Break and Easter we headed to our friend the Stockings. The live in Rigby, Idaho. It was so fun. We had a blast and kids had fun with each other also. We spent yesterday with our little family being tourists in Rexburg and Idaho Falls. It was so fun.

We visited the temple and walked around for a while. The kids really liked seeing the temples. Their favorite was when they saw the Idaho Falls temple because that is where Uncle Lo and Aunt Liz were married. Payge got to see 4 brides at the Rexburg temple and kept telling us that is the dress that she wanted to get married in. (A big, white, and big dress) She really liked this one bride that had a hoop slip on. She thought that was so pretty. It was so fun to be there around this wonderful season and holiday. We talked about what Easter is about and what we are celebrating. It was fun to just get away with the kids and hear what they are seeing and what they are thinking about. (We didn't get to the Idaho Falls Temple til Easter day so Nate has on his Easter outfit and Payge has on her comfy car clothes.) So fun!
When we got back to their house we did the eggs and decorated sugar cookies.
These are the ones Payge did. It is a egg, tulip, flower, and the purple blob is a bunny. Love kids. They had fun and then they got to eat one.
Then this morning we woke up to the Easter Bunny coming to our bedroom door. The kids actually went to him and hugged him. I was so surprised. Then they looked for the eggs that they decorated,
then into the kitchen to see what the Easter Bunny brought them. Fun morning. After all that fun we got in the car and drove home. On the way home we stopped back by the Idaho Falls Temple for some pictures. It was a fun trip but so glad to be back in our house and beds.
